Dr. Ravi Jayakaran

Dr. Ravi I. Jayakaran has long term leadership experience in International poverty reduction and strategic programming.

Dr. Jayakaran joined Medical Ambassadors International in June 2017 as the President/CEO.He is also the Catalyst for Integral Missions for the Lausanne Movement.

Ravi has worked in senior management positions in the corporate sector, International NGOs- including World Vision International, the Asian Development Bank and the UNDP. He has lived and worked long term in India, Cambodia, China and the US and provided technical support in more than 23 countries.

Dr Ravi and his wife Vimla came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior while they were in University. Besides their engagement with Integral mission, they are actively involved with their local Church, Small group and Christian Counselling.Ravi and Vimla recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary .They live in Ripon,CA.

Garold Elston, CNT Director

Rev. Garold Elston MTh volunteers as the Director for the Collaborative for Neighborhood Transformation. Garold oversees work being done throughout the U.S. and his role is to train, coach and network with City Catalysts, Churches and NGOs to be involved in transformation by knowing their neighbors and creating community. Garold received his Masters of Theology from SBC in California and has over 27 years of experience providing training, coaching, mentoring, communicating and education in the Healthcare and Hospitality Industry as well as the Non Profit sector.

One of Garold’s passions is to help Christians live out Luke 10:27. “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ In addition to serving with NT he is Director of Salvaged Lives that works in Kansas City MO. Garold is also an Ordained Minister and is involved with a church plant. Garold has been mentored by the founder of CHE Stan Rowland since 2009 and replaced Stan as

Director in 2017

Resume: Garold is currently the President and Director of Salvaged Lives an NGO who’s mission is to reach out to the people in small, poverty-ridden communities and empower them to better themselves by using the local assets they have available to them. In addition to being the Director of Salvaged Lives he is Co-Director for the Collaborative for Neighborhood Transformation. Garold oversees work being done throughout the U.S. and his role is to train, coach and network with City Catalysts, Churches and NGOs to be involved in transformation by knowing their neighbors and creating community. Garold pursued his degrees while working for Ecolab for over 23 years in Los Angeles, Calif. Thru his years at Ecolab Garold worked in Sales, Service and Managerial roles in the Pacific Region. He also volunteered at High Definition Church in Bakersfield CA as Associate Pastor. He has been married to his wife Linda for 30 years and has two children Christian and Ashley.
